Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges Policy

Wilson J. Ong Studios does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork is handled on a case-by-case basis and must be reported to Wilson J. Ong Studios within 7 days of delivery. When contacting us about damage to your order, share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in.

We are not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on art prints, as all prints are “made to order”.
