Wilson J. Ong Studios does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork are handled on a case by case basis and must be reported to Wilson J. Ong Studios within 7 days of delivery. When contacting us about damage to your order, you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in.

We are not able to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on art prints as all prints are “made to order”.
