What kind of paper are the prints printed on? We print on 90 lb paper that is 9 mil, 100% cotton, bright white, and archival print. The specific brand of paper is from Finestra Art.

Why can I only purchase prints from the Little Gems collection? At this time, the Little Gems collection is the only collection available for purchasing prints. In the future, we hope to offer prints of Wilson’s other artwork. If you are interested in purchasing a print outside of the Little Gems collection, feel free to contact us.

Can I purchase an original Wilson J. Ong painting from this website? Wilson J. Ong’s artwork is available for purchase in physical gallery locations at Art Spirit Gallery in Coeur d’Alene, ID and West End Gallery in Corning, NY. We currently do not sell originals from this website, but feel free to contact us if you are interested.

Shipping

Is shipping free? Shipping fees are included in the listed price of the print.

When can I expect to receive my order? We print and ship orders every Tuesday. Orders need to be made by 7pm PST the Monday before in order to be shipped that Tuesday. We ship via Ground Advantage Shipping, which will take 5–10 business days to arrive. We will provide a tracking number for each order.

Do you ship internationally? We currently only ship to locations within the United States. Please contact us if you live outside the United States.

Return/Refunds

What is your return/refund policy? We currently do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges page for further questions.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping? Once we have sent your order for shipping, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost in transit by USPS (as evidenced by the tracking number), we will replace your order as long as the customer contacts us and is willing to pay for shipping costs. For prints damaged during transit, please contact us with photographic proof and we will address these matters on a one-to-one basis. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further questions.

What if I gave you the wrong address and the print is lost in transit or returned to sender? It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the address is correct on their order. If the package is returned to sender, we will contact the customer, ask them to pay shipping costs, and then we will reship the product to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new print. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further questions.
